Your Treatment Experience

If everyday life feels like a tightrope, the MindWork Intensive Outpatient Program may be a good match.

Our IOP is the most complete and individualized outpatient mental health treatment available in the United States. It’s specifically for people with complex, chronic or treatment-resistant conditions.

Many patients say it’s the first time they’ve ever spoken with psychiatrists and therapists who weren’t constantly checking the clock.

You’ll receive 20+ hours/week of immersive psychotherapeutic care which includes:

  • Extensive personalized assessment by your psychiatrist at MindWork Group

  • Medication-assisted treatment tailored to your specific needs

  • Extensive individual psychotherapy from experienced licensed therapists

  • Small group therapy capped at 10 patients/group, focused on psychological, relational, experiential and learning aspects of treatment

  • Family therapy

  • Art therapy, recreation therapy, nature therapy, exercise therapy & other evidence-based care

You’ll participate in individual and group therapy 5 days/week, Monday - Friday. This gives you maximum access to care personalized to your goals.

Your weekends are free, so you have time to rebuild your energy stores and attend to other commitments. The downtime also helps your brain consolidate each week’s learnings.

We had been so many places. I’m so thankful we found your program and I love the way Dr. Franklin explains everything.

Patient Outcomes

After completing our program, our patients tell us that our IOP helped them feel positive and hopeful about life, relationships and work again for the first time in a very long time.

Most important, they often say that strategies they developed in the IOP now help them spot early warning signs of issues that derailed them in the past. That gives time to use their new skills to stay on track, and pull in extra support if needed.
