The MindWork Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a national leader in the adult outpatient treatment of complex, chronic and treatment-resistant mental health and psychiatric conditions. Conditions we treat include:
Chronic anxiety
Major and/or treatment-resistant depression
Bipolar disorder
Borderline and other personality disorders
OCD
Psychotic diagnoses including schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders
Dual-diagnosis and co-occurring disorders
The IOP is suitable as a step up from regular outpatient care, or as a step-down treatment option for those completing inpatient treatment in a residential program or psychiatric hospital.
Patients receive 20+ hours/week of highly individualized one-on-one and group therapy with the freedom to return to your local home or hotel at the end of each day.
After completing our program, our patients commonly tell us that they feel positive and hopeful about life, relationships and work again for the first time in a very long time.
Most important, they often say that strategies they developed in the IOP now help them spot early warning signs of issues that derailed them in the past. That gives time to use their new skills to stay on track, and pull in extra support if needed.
