Sara Trachtenberg, OTR/L
Sara is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in treatment of complex trauma, depression, anxiety and dissociative symptoms. Having worked at the prestigious Trauma Disorders Program at Sheppard Pratt, Sara developed expertise in treating individuals and working in a group setting to utilize skills and strategies to improve one’s day to day experience. She is thrilled to join MindWork Group to continue this important work in an outpatient setting.
Sara is passionate about tailoring evidence based strategies to empower individuals to enhance autonomy, function, and overall quality of life.
