MindWork Group seeks part and full-time clinicians who want to be part of a multidisciplinary outpatient program focused on relationship-based treatment.  Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Family Therapists, Art Therapists, and LCPC are welcome.

Our focus is on intensive work with outpatients, including individual and group psychotherapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and consultation. Our vision is to be a national center for the evaluation and treatment of complex psychiatric and psychological disorders and their sequelae.

OUR TEAM

Our office is located in the Cross Keys neighborhood of North Baltimore.  Here you can enjoy full-time administrative support, EMR, group supervision, a national referral network, and access to an array of benefits in a collegial environment. 

OUR OFFICE

We prioritize supporting our staff in continued professional development so that we can best treat complex cases.  Our clinicians can attend seminars, conferences, and receive close individual supervision. The training opportunities aim to stimulate curiosity, foster enriched learning, and analytic listening to those individuals seeking treatment. 

Our rigorous training program provides starting and experienced clinicians with the unique opportunity to cultivate advanced psychoanalytic/psychodynamic, theory-informed clinical technique. Eligible LCSWs and Psychologists will also have the opportunity to provide supervision to starting clinicians, with support from a peer group of experienced supervisors.
