When there is diagnostic uncertainty, a team approach allows us to dig deeper. This can also serve as a fitness for duty evaluation. An evaluation team consisting of multiple doctorate level experts works closely with the patient and their family to complete the assessment.

An all-hands-on-deck evaluation experience for people who have had recent acute episodes of illness, repeated failed attempts to get traction in their lives, long periods of disability or active substance use disorders.
