This service offers an intensive 10-day, multidisciplinary evaluation providing comprehensive individual assessments from our expert clinicians, including an average of 12 hours with our psychiatrists. The process concludes with a detailed treatment conference and written summary of findings and recommendations, ensuring comprehensive support for complex psychiatric needs.

• Daily meetings with a primary psychiatrist

• Occupational therapy assessment

• Neuropsychological testing

• Internal medicine visits and indicated labs

• Family system assessment

• Substance and process addictions assessment

Primary treatment teams and patients often seek a consultation to review the current plan of care, assess current diagnoses or pursue a more comprehensive second opinion about their treatment. This service includes: 

• A deep exploration of psychiatric needs through medical records review 

• 75–90-minute meeting with one of our highly experienced psychiatrists

• 30-minute discussion with a supportive family member

• Summary of findings and recommendations

• Availability as a liaison to the primary treatment team as our recommendations are considered and implemented after the consultation

• Follow up consultations at an hourly rate
